Saloni Choudhry, General Counsel and Head of Risk

Saloni serves as JA Worldwide General Counsel and Head of Risk. Born in Kenya and having lived, studied, and worked in Canada, United Kingdom, Mexico, and the United States, Saloni has a world view to both life and lawyering.

She began her legal career in litigation at a medium-size law firm in Toronto, Canada, and, upon moving to the United States, Saloni found a better fit working in corporate in-house legal departments, where she has advised global companies in the financial services and the healthcare sectors in general corporate, privacy, security, and risk matters. She has also served on boards and committees of local nonprofit organizations, with a view toward improving financial health in low- and moderate-income families. 

She holds a Masters in Law from Boston University (USA), a Bachelor of Laws from Bristol University (UK), and a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Victoria (Canada). She has been admitted to practice law in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

Saloni lives in the Boston (USA) area with her husband and their two children.
