JA Africa and INJAZ Al-Arab Partner with Oliver Wyman for Youth Skills Survey

Africa’s youth population is expected to reach 830 million by 2050, and they face an uphill battle when finding jobs. In the Middle East & North Africa, youth unemployment is on the rise, but it cannot be attributed entirely to a lack of opportunities in the formal labor market. To close the widening gap between youth skills and employer demand, INJAZ Al-Arab JA MENA and JA Africa partnered with Oliver Wyman to explore the issues and potential solutions.
