Asheesh Advani Wins Tony Hsieh Award

We received some great news last week: Our CEO Asheesh Advani was nominated for the Tony Hsieh Award. Then, on Saturday night, we received even better news: he won!

This award recognizes not only the great work of our CEO, but also JA’s fixed-flexible-freestyle network, which that embraces global diversity. Former Zappos CEO Tony Hsieh, the award’s namesake, pushed the boundaries of organizational design and innovation. He is a model of entrepreneurial leadership for JA alumni, and he has been a role model for Asheesh Advani. The Tony Hsieh Award aims to recognize those who embody Tony’s spirit in empowering people and teams to maximize their fullest potential. \

We are thrilled that our CEO is this year’s winner! Asheesh will be invited to participate in TED 2022 in Vancouver and additional events throughout the year where he will be honored, walking in Tony's shoes.
