Camille R. Blair, Capital One

Camille Blair has been an active volunteer partner with Junior Achievement since January 2007. She has volunteered in JA Biz Town, JA Finance Park, JA in classroom training, JA Regional COY Africa, JA Regional COY Americas as well as the JA Global Youth Forum. She is an enthusiastic, people-oriented, outgoing leader and strategic communicator. She leads by inspiring people to be their best. She delivers messages tailored to all audience levels. She is known for the ability to influence by building relationships and getting buy-in.

Camille is open-minded, adaptable and enjoys traveling to different countries to experience new cultures firsthand, she speaks multiple languages and has lived in another country other than the US. She is very comfortable working together with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds in the US as well as those located worldwide. She has a history of promoting a positive inclusionary environment.

Camille is a beacon of positivity, spreading joy, connecting with and lifting those around her. She thrives in an ambiguous environment and enjoys making complicated things simple.

Camille loves technology and is very passionate about listening, learning and continuous improvement. She provides a personalized and engaging client experience that helps meet strategy and marketing objectives. She leads process improvement initiatives and embraces new challenges with enthusiasm.

Camille has managed learning and development programs. She has implemented training programs such as new hire training, on-boarding, leadership development and peer to peer skills based sessions. She has amazing presentation skills, delivering over 9,000 volunteer hours in financial literacy, work readiness and entrepreneurship to underprivileged youth and low to moderate income families through work in her local church, community involvement, and JA. She is an advocate for youth and is passionate and cares about education and economic development for all our young people.

Camille earned her Bachelors of Science in Business Management and Finance from City University of New York, Brooklyn College and is currently an MBA candidate at the University of Maryland, University College.

Camille currently resides in Landover, Maryland with her three children.
