This week, JA Worldwide CEO Asheesh Advani and Chief People Officer Erin Sawyer attended the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) Global Leadership Conference in Dublin, Ireland, the annual convening of EO members from across the globe. Held each year, the conference brings together 2,500 entrepreneurs for a large-scale, three-day experience designed to connect leaders, share ideas, and explore what it takes to build and grow businesses in today’s environment.

The global forum invites entrepreneurs to come together to learn from one another and strengthen their impact. For JA Worldwide, the conference represents an opportunity to build on our partnership with EO—announced at the JA Global Leadership Conference in Rio de Janeiro in November 2025—and expand how entrepreneurs engage with JA students and programs. Both organizations share a commitment to entrepreneurship, and this collaboration helps bring real-world experience into JA learning environments around the world.

Asheesh and Erin announce the partnership between JA Worldwide and EO with Taunya Renson-Martin, EO Belgium and Global Board Chair-Elect and Jamie Pujara, EO Kenya and Executive Director for the Entrepreneurs’ Organization, at GLC Rio.

Through this partnership, JA teams can request direct connections to experienced entrepreneurs who are ready to support students in meaningful ways. Whether building a program, hosting an event, or strengthening classroom experiences, JA Worldwide works with EO to connect JA locations with the right individuals. Likewise, EO members can get involved with JA in a variety of ways. They can serve as guest speakers, bringing real entrepreneurial journeys into classrooms and events. They can act as mentors and coaches, providing students with guidance, feedback, and perspective. They can participate as competition judges, helping evaluate student ideas and elevate the overall experience. They can also support programs and classrooms more broadly by adding practical, real-world insight, either virtually or in person. Finally, they’re invited to serve on JA local or national boards, providing strategic leadership and shaping the programs that shape young entrepreneurs.

JA staff around the world can request support locally or globally, depending on their needs. Whether they’re looking to engage entrepreneurs in their own communities or connect with individuals in another country, the partnership makes it possible to find the right fit. And for teams with specific ideas, JA Worldwide works with EO to explore tailored opportunities for engagement.

As JA Worldwide continues to collaborate with EO, the focus remains on connecting more entrepreneurs with more students, creating learning experiences that reflect the realities of building and leading in today’s world. By strengthening this partnership and expanding opportunities for engagement, JA Worldwide is helping bring entrepreneurial thinking to life for young people everywhere.
