JA of the Eastern Shore Teams with Salisbury to Hire Teens

JA of the Eastern Shore teamed up with the City of Salisbury, Maryland, USA, this summer to hire ten students from ten different neighborhoods to gain job skills and get hands-on experience with the city's Department of Public Works. Each student is working 40-hour weeks at $9 per hour, giving them opportunities to both earn and save. Students are also job-shadowing Public Works' employees throughout the summer. Read more.
