For 30+ years, he has worked with some of the worlds largest and most complex organizations; some in a turnaround situation, some looking to spark growth, others rebuilding culture and/or driving cost efficiencies. The common thread in all is that they needed to rethink their direction and operations . . . how they could mobilize their organization to transform their businesses results.
Doug has a B.S. in electrical and computer engineering from Louisiana State University and an MBA from Tulane.
