JA Global Leadership Conference Badges

At the biennial JA Global Leadership Conference (GLC), JA staff had the opportunity to earn credentials in specialty areas, indicating they have mastered concepts, participated in activities, and honed their skills in one of four areas: Innovation, Communications, Leadership, and Risk and Compliance. Badge earners must have attended at least four masterclasses, panel discussion, or keynotes from a required list, and then demonstrated at least two new skillsets or knowledge areas based on their GLC coursework.

GLC Innovation Badge

During the JA Global Leadership Conference 2023, recipients of the GLC Innovation Badge attended at least four of the following sessions and demonstrated new skillsets or increased knowledge base:

  • Fundraising Around the World

  • Impact Fundraising

  • JA GO: New Global Orientation

  • Best Practices to Develop Learning Experiences

  • Leveraging Your Data Using Power BI

  • Discovering the Learning Management System (LMS) Package

  • The “IRD” Process Unveiled: Boundless Innovation, Research, and Design

  • AI as Your Marketing Assistant

GLC Communications Badge

During the JA Global Leadership Conference 2023, recipients of the GLC Communications Badge attended at least four of the following sessions and demonstrated new skillsets or increased knowledge base:
